#1. Image reveal on scroll to full screen then text revel on scroll over image
Possibly, except that clicking the circle dot on the right will produce a similar effect when scrolling.
With circle dot on left side > Click it will scroll to corresponding section + make text reveal over image, we can do this.

Hover button will change opacity + move text to left + arrow appear?

You mean effect with header on scroll over image?
Or you mean frosted around this image? (see red highlight)

Change video play icon to custom icon is possible, I don’t see video icon on example site. Do you have a screenshot?

Yes. This is possible, I used to do similar request, you can provide screenshot of effect or link to page on example site, I can check easier.
#9. And a small Audio play button ( small speaker in circle) when activated plays audio with time left and volume + & –
