#2. You can do this section easier with Fluid Engine, use Image Block, Text Block then drag them overlap together but it might not overlap in the same position across the entire screen size.
To round corners of image, we can use CSS code, or you can design image before uploading.
We can also Gallery Block + CSS code to fixed text in same positions on multiple screen sizes.

#5. With these, I think you can add Image Blocks, then we can hide it on Desktop, then you will adjust it to desired position on mobile
However this image, since it overlaps between 2 sections, so we need to use some CSS code to add it. Or if you build these elements on same section, you can drag it overlap without CSS code.
